The video says remove the anti-rattle and the set screw behind it before putting the lower into the jig. I did that, finished the machining (came out way better than I ever expected)and assembled the lower. Assembly for lowers do not include these parts. What are they used for and how are they to be installed?

Ok. I thought the video said anti-rattle but looking on the spare parts on the sight, they are called 1/4-28 Rear Torsion Screw Set. Apparently, not all uppers fit lowers just right and these are common items on HIGH END receivers, which is what you have when you finish making one. How to adjust correctly, I still am looking for.

1) Remove the grip. (unless its Magpul. They have an extra hole so you dont have to remove it)
2) Tighten the nylon tipped set screw until it hits the lug on the bottom of the upper. I like to over tighten a bit to smash the nylon.
3) Adjust screw. You want the screw tight... But not so tight that you cant still slide out the rear take-down pin.
4) Once you have the nylon tipped set screw where you want it... Tighten the stainless screw behind to keep it from moving.
5) Re-install grip.
6) BANG BANG
